On March 27, 2025, organized by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), a Working Breakfast was held where Tijana Filipović, partner at the GS&M law firm and Head of the Labor Law Department, spoke on the topic of current challenges in the field of labor law and the termination of employment contracts.
At the working breakfast held at the SAM premises, attendees were able to hear advice and get answers to the following questions:
- How to reduce the risk of wrongful termination
- How to establish clear rules for employees
- How the latest case law affects the implementation of the dismissal procedure.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank SAM for the excellent organization, as well as all the participants whose activity and numerous questions created a great atmosphere and an exceptionally interactive conversation.
It was our pleasure to have the opportunity to be part of such an event, and also to host a large number of entrepreneurs and employers through SAM’s organization, with whom we spoke openly, exchanged experiences, and sought practical solutions for the challenges that arise daily in labor relations.
