Tijana Filipovic is a partner at GS&M Law Firm in Belgrade.  Her practice focuses on dispute resolutions, predominantly in the domain of employment, property and family law.

In the area of employment law she assists the companies to develop policies and procedures that provide constructive employee relations and reduce potential workplace risk and liabilities and ensures that clients and their businesses are fully compliant.

In terms of supporting corporate systems, she deals with the drafting of general acts and all types of contracts. She has an extensive experience in the area of intellectual property and copyright and regularly advises the local companies in the implementation of measures in the area of protection of personal data.

In cooperation with the non-governmental sector, Tijana  provides legal support to vulnerable groups.

Tijana earned her law degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, Serbia. Tijana speaks fluent English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian.
