Tijana Filipović is a Senior Partner at GS&M Law Firm in Belgrade and heads the firm’s Employment Law Practice.

She advises domestic and international companies on employment law compliance, the development of internal policies and procedures, workforce restructuring, and the management of legal risks related to employment and labor relations.

Her practice includes providing day-to-day legal support to employers in the preparation of employment documentation, conducting disciplinary proceedings, implementing organizational restructurings and redundancy programs, as well as representing both corporate and individual clients in employment disputes.

With more than two decades of legal experience, Tijana specializes in dispute resolution, family law, and media law, with a particular focus on representing media organizations and companies in complex disputes involving reputation protection, defamation, and the publication of information.

Tijana is also actively engaged in the field of sports law, advising sports organizations and clubs on regulatory, disciplinary, and employment-related matters.

She regularly participates as a speaker and moderator at professional conferences and panel discussions on employment and media law.

Tijana graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since 2007.
