Tanasije Jovanovic is attorney at law at the GS&M Law Firm in Belgrade.

The focus of his work is representation of clients before the courts primarily in the area of property, compensation of damages and inheritance law. Tanasije represents clients before Commercial and Misdemeanor courts, as well in disputes before the Administrative Court.

Tanasije provides comprehensive legal support in the field of negotiation and drafting of the various agreements, with special attention on the selection of the most adequate security to for matured and / or future receivables. In the area of enforcement procedures, he represents the clients in the court enforcement proceedings as well as in out-of-court procedures.

He also provides legal support to companies in drafting all types of internal acts, as well as in the implementation of statutory changes and also regularly supports clients in the process of buying and selling of real estates on the market.

He graduated at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. Tanasije speaks fluent English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian.
