Tanasije Jovanović is a partner at GSM Legal in Belgrade.

His practice focuses on representing clients before Commercial Courts and courts of general jurisdiction, primarily in the area of property law relations, damages claims, and disputes arising from contractual as well as proprietary relations.

Tanasije provides comprehensive legal support to clients in drafting and negotiating contracts, securing due and/or future receivables, and advising on the selection of the most appropriate security instruments. In the area of debt collection and enforcement, he represents clients in both judicial enforcement proceedings and out-of-court settlement procedures.
In the field of corporate law, he provides legal support to companies in the preparation of all types of corporate documents, as well as in the implementation of corporate reorganizations, liquidation proceedings, and bankruptcy proceedings. He also advises clients on real property transactions and practices criminal law, representing clients before criminal courts.

He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Serbian.
