So far, Bojana carried over 45 due diligence analyses in areas such as Labour Law, Litigation and other proceedings, IP, and Contract Law.

Bojana is providing regular legal assistance, ranging from general legal advisory services to drafting full set of employment documentation. She provides legal support, and advices to an IHL, and clients on various matters, such as researching issues relevant to clients’ businesses, and providing relevant information, i.e. legal opinions.
Bojana has experience in providing support to auditors when assessing the probability of the outcome of court proceedings for the purposes of reserving financial resources of a legal entities.

She handles settlements before and after court and other enforcement decisions, and develops strategies to resolve cases in the best interest of clients, and drafts various contracts, statements, opinions, and other legal documents.
Bojana is carrying out efficient general commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including developing and executing litigation strategies in front of local courts in various areas of the law.
In addition, she assists and represents clients in administrative matters, and misdemeanour proceedings before competent bodies. 

Bojana, also provides immigration services, including assistance to the foreigners when applying for a suitable visa, if necessary, as well as residence in Serbia, and a work permit.

Bojana graduated at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law as an LLM. She attended one-year specialist studies in the field Legal Aspects of Corporate Governance organized by Belgrade University, Faculty of Law in cooperation with International Finance Corporation (IFC) World bank group. Bojana is a holder of the ICDL / ECDL – Core certificate 2010 (ICT, Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet), and licensed mediator. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, Serbia. Bojana speaks fluent Serbian, English, Bosnian, and Montenegrin.
