Milena Nikolić started her career at the GS&M ​​law firm, where she has been a member since February 2018. Working on cases with senior lawyers, over the years, she gained significant experience in the field of corporate, real estate and intellectual property law. She actively participated in realization of the most complex business transactions, drafting of legal acts, DD, contracts in the field of corporate and status law.

In her career, she places special emphasis on protection of the intellectual rights of her clients and their representation before the Intellectual Property Office in domestic and international trademark protection proceedings. Milena also gained significant experience in business and work with foreigners, especially in the area of ​​regulating temporary residence of foreigners, continuous provision of legal assistance during the establishment of companies with foreign capital, harmonization of business policy with domestic legislation, but also permanent regulation of the status of foreign founders and foreign employees in domestic companies.
