Milena Nikolić has been an attorney at law with GS&M Law Office since 2018, focusing on corporate and commercial law, immigration law, intellectual property, and digital business.

She advises both domestic and international clients throughout all stages of their business operations, including company incorporation, corporate restructuring, status changes, and day-to-day legal matters related to business activities and corporate governance.

Milena has particular expertise in immigration law, providing legal support to investors and individuals in matters concerning residence and work permits in Serbia, the establishment of foreign-owned companies, acquisition of Serbian citizenship, and international mobility issues.

In the field of intellectual property and digital business, she advises clients on the protection of copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on software solutions, digital platforms, and IT projects.
