In addition to representing clients before courts and other state authorities in the area of civil and commercial law, her practice focuses on advising the clients in the area of tax law.

Jelena regularly advises clients regarding Start-Up projects, establishment of business entities and supports both domestic and international clients in drafting of all types of corporate acts.

Jelena possesses significant experience in drafting and negotiating of domestic and international agreements, especially in advising both sellers and buyers in real estate transactions.

Jelena is also a member of the team for the projects related to intellectual property and copyrights.

Her main projects are related to pharmaceutical and transportation industry.

Jelena graduated at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She attended one-year specialist studies in the field of tax Law at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, Serbia. Jelena speaks fluent English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian.
