Đorđe Simić is a founding partner of the practice at GS&M Law Firm in Belgrade.  His practice focuses on corporate law issues, providing comprehensive legal support to the numerous local businesses as well as the international clients, with special emphasis on the preparation of general acts and contracts, advising clients on tax, structuring and financing of infrastructure projects, especially in the field of investment construction.

Đorđe has more than 20 years of experience in dispute resolution with a strong background in high-profile cases. He focuses on commercial litigation, bankruptcy & restructuring, criminal law, employment and general corporate. In the area of criminal law, he specifically deals with criminal offenses in the field of abuse of official position, economy and finance.

Đorđe earned his law degree from the University of Belgrade. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, Serbia. Đorđe speaks fluent English and Serbian (Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin).
