Aleksandar Bratuljevic is an of counsel at the GS&M Law Firm in Belgrade.
The focus of his work is advising clients and preparation of required documentation within the procurement procedures.

Aleksandar represents our clients before Commercial and Misdemeanor courts, as well in disputes before the Administrative Court. He also provides legal support to companies in drafting all types of internal acts, as well as in the implementation of statutory changes.

In the area of enforcement procedures, he represents the clients in the court enforcement proceedings as well as in out-of-court procedures.

He graduated at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. Aleksandar speaks fluent English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian.
