Dina Kocic Santrac is a partner at GS&M Law Firm in Belgrade.  Her practice focuses on dispute resolutions, predominantly in the domain of criminal law, family law and enforcement proceedings.

After graduating at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law she joined as a trainee to the Law firm “FILA” where she acquired extensive knowledge and experience in the area of criminal Law.

Also, Dina gained significant experience while being assigned to numerous court cases within the area of criminal law, defending individuals charged for crimes before primary courts across the Republic of Serbia, special department for organized crime and cybercrimes.

Dina regularly represents the clients in the area of family matters, particularly dealing with property settlements, child abuse and child abduction. She has a broad experience in representing the victims of violence in family, as well as minors in the criminal proceedings.

Dina earned her law degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, Serbia. Dina speaks fluent English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian.
